DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Paramedic is a full-body strength and tone workout that helps you improve strength, mobility and, as it turns out, cognitive health. This is perfect for building strong, healthy bones and strong, clear connections in the neurons that send signals from your brain to your body. As a difficulty Level IV workout this is not for absolute beginners but that doesn't mean you cannot have it hovering in your horizon.
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
