Power Sprinter is a lower-body cardio workout built around the high knee - the same movement pattern that drives fast, powerful running. The high knees appear four times throughout the workout, keeping your heart rate up and training your legs to move quickly and rhythmically. Between each high knee block, a strength exercise arrives to build the power behind that speed. Jumping lunges develop explosive leg strength and train each leg independently. Pulse squats keep your legs under tension and build endurance in the glutes and quads. Jump burpees add a full-body reset that challenges coordination, power and cardiovascular fitness all at once.
