Powerlifter is the workout you reach for when you have some weights lying around (or can improvise some) and want to test your muscles' ability to take some extra load. This is a great way to speed up the adaptations that need to be triggered to help increase your strength. It's also great as a workout to return to from time to time to help you slow down aging and increase the control you have over your body.
