Making the body move incrementally requires a lot of muscle control. Muscle control requires a complex network of mental and physical connections which means the body and mind have to work hard to do what appears to be relatively little. The rewards however are greater control of your body and increased overall strength and fitness. The Pulse will take you through your paces and you need to add EC to this one, the harder it feels the more it is working for you.
