Push! is a difficulty Level IV workout that targets your upper body muscles. This makes it unsuitable for beginners but that doesn't mean it should drop off your horizon. We are each the product of our aspirations and the effort we put into making them real for us. Push! activates all the upper body muscle groups, works the body's kinetic chains and helps you become stronger and have greater control over your muscles.
