Rapid Fire is a fast-paced workout that targets core and abs and demands they work explosively to power the body as you transition from basic Burpees to ground work (Plank) and back again. There are a couple of things to watch out for here in order to get the most out of this workout. First make each transition as fast as possible. Second pack in as many reps as possible in your burpees by moving your legs out and back again to get in burpee jump positions as fast as you can.
Extra Credit: Hit the same number of burpees every time.
