DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Ringbearers carry a heavy burden and they have a lot of heavy walking over uneven terrain in their future. Lower body strength is a must which is why the Ringbearer workout helps you develop amazingly strong quads, calves, glutes and hips which, in turn help stabilize your knee joint so that you never have to complain about aching knees, again.
