DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Speed & Power is a workout that, as the name suggests, helps you develop speed and power. These two traits are related. They are the result of the speed of activation of the muscles, the body's anaerobic capacity, the cardiovascular system and the rate and volume at which muscle fibers are engaged in a given space of time. This is a workout designed to help you maximize these gains. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
