Spirit Breaker is a workout that lives up to its name from the very first set. Then again what good would it be to do this workout if you weren't ready to push against the edges of your body's limitations? This is a full body, strength workout with a Level IV difficulty rating which means it's not any good as a starter workout for those just dipping a toe into the Darebee world. Add EC and go for broke.
