Spring Chicken is an upper body workout that helps your system keep on revving on days when you're really not in the mood to do very much. Perfect as the workout to go for on days when life makes it difficult to also play on hard. It will help you decompress, it will limber you up and you will not have to forego the neurochemical benefits of a workout.
