Storm Princess is a cardiovascular workout that will raise your body temperature and increase your breathing rate without emptying your batteries. It has an upper body focus on dexterity and muscle control and it is the perfect workout for those days when you need to do something and don't feel like it or are looking for a recovery workout between heavier training sessions. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
