If you're destined to be born during a storm you'd better have the core to help you deal with what you'll face. The Stormborn workout takes care of your core and abs, the stabilizing muscles and the tendons that link it all together which means you'll need to come back to it often. EC here is not an absolute requirement but if you have anything left in the tank after doing this one at Level III, then you know that next time, EC it'll have to be.
