DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Strictly Come Jumping is a high-impact, fast-moving cardiovascular and aerobic intensive workout that will help you increase your endurance and improve your fascial fitness. This is perfect as a workout that will make you sweat. Not suitable for beginners to fitness or anyone coming back after illness or a long lay-off, it will nonetheless give you something to aim for as you travel further down your fitness journey. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
