Super Buzz is a Level II workout but that doesn't make it a walk in the park. Keep on the balls of your feet throughout, to help challenge your core, move your arms and feet fast during Jumping Jacks, to increase your body temperature, add EC to make matters more interesting and what you have is a workout that will deplete you and energize you at the same time. It will feel hard while you're doing it but it will leave you buzzing.
