DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Superhoodie is the workout you go to when you're ready to level up and need a workout to help you break through the 'ceiling'. It's fast, it's hard. It will make you sweat and you will feel your muscles ache the day after. You can add EC if you want but at difficulty Level IV this is a workout that will kick you butt. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
