Super villains are defining characters. Without them super heroes would have little reason to exist and none of us would ever need to train very hard. Despite their playing for "the dark side" super villains are always pretty buff and very capable which means that the Supervillain workout is not going to be a walk in the park at any level. Aim to conquer it, of course, because though you may be one of the "good guys" unless you're at least as physically good as the "bad guys" you won't be able to swing the balance of the universe towards the light, much.
