Tempered Steel is for those days when you just don't feel like working out but you know you ought to do something to maintain the gains you've made. Its upper body focus makes it perfect for beginners and more advanced fitness athletes alike. It recruits most of the upper body muscles and though it may not quite leave you gasping for breath (because it's only Level I) it will make you feel like you worked out, after all.
