DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Research shows that visualization is a powerful component to increase the health and fitness benefits you can squeeze out of a workout. Plus, it's just a lot of fun to imagine something else going on while we sweat and huff and puff. Warrior is a workout that will put your body through its paces but it will also help your mind imagine itself in another plane altogether. Sort of makes it a total workout, inside and out. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
