DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Wicked is a full-body workout that helps you gain greater control over your muscles, tendons and ligaments and makes you more agile, in the process. It requires no equipment apart from your body and the gravity well of a blue planet, found just three places from the sun. The results however are otherworldly. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
