DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
It requires strength, speed and endurance to hunt down zombies and Zombie Hunter is a workout that allows you to develop all three. It does require a dumbbell or, at least, some kind of extra weight if you're to develop the physical attributes necessary to live up to the premise of the title. 
Extra Credit: Use 10lb+ (5kg+) dumbbells minimum.
