This collection is an off-the-saddle set of workouts built to make your legs and midline feel cycling-ready through straightforward sets, levels, and repeatable intervals. Expect lots of lower-body work in multiple planes: lunges (including reverse and “sprinter” style), step-ups, squats and jump squats, side-to-side lunges and deep lateral squat patterns, plus calf raises and wall-sits for sustained tension. Core training shows up constantly, with planks (full, elbow, side), plank rotations, up-and-down planks, dead bug patterns, bridges (including single-leg), leg raises, flutter kicks, scissors, and back-extension work, with a few sessions adding push-ups and punch patterns to keep the whole system engaged. No equipment is required, aside from occasional use of a wall for support.

The payoff is the kind of durability that matters when your legs are doing thousands of identical reps: stronger quads and glutes for sustained drive, tougher calves for ankle stiffness, and better hip control so the knee tracks cleanly even as fatigue stacks up. The mix of lateral work and single-leg bridging builds pelvic stability through the glute med, adductors, and deep hip rotators, which can make your pedal stroke feel less wobbly and more “locked in.” Planks, rotations, and anti-extension patterns train the trunk to transfer force from hips to ribs without collapsing into swayback or twisting, while back extensions add posterior-chain support for a steadier torso. Time-under-tension elements like holds and longer intervals also improve tolerance in connective tissues, so effort feels smoother and easier to repeat.

I love the pictures, the variety, the amount of time it takes to complete a workout and how you can mix and match if you have a lot of energy or only repeat 3 times if you don’t feel like exercising. The website is awesome and I recommend it whenever I talk about fitness with other people. I cannot thank Darebee enough for how much this project has helped me in having a solid exercise routine and how to deal with exercise when tired, injured or when I don’t have much time.

I also love the concept of "exercise of the day". This website is just awesome. I came to know this website around 2025 since than it has been bookmarked in my browser. I request the developers to please launch the mobile app. I would absolutely love to see it's app on the app Store.
