Arms Of Steel is a 30-day no-equipment upperbody-focused program suitable for all fitness levels. This program will be an ideal add-on for anyone who already does lower-body centered routines e.g., sprinting or cycling or simply wants to focus more on defining arm muscles. The routines focus on arm strength, tendons and mobility without using any equipment.
Each workout includes very simple exercises and will only take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
Note: Push-ups to fatigue means you do push-ups until you can’t do another rep. It can be anything from 1 to 50 reps per set depending on your fitness level. It is ok to do knee push-ups if regular push-ups are too hard.
