The Power HIIT is a 30-day dumbbell-based high intensity interval training program designed for high burn, streamline and tone. It’s perfect for anyone looking to trim up, lower body fat % and increase muscle definition at the same time. The workouts are short but intense and each one can be scaled up or down depending pn the difficulty level you choose to complete the program at: I, II or III.
Each workout is timed so there is no rep counting - simply set a timer and see it through! The program is suitable for all genders, ages and fitness levels. Recommended dumbbells weight is 1kg+ (2lb+).
