The Powerbuilder is a strength & hypertrophy oriented fitness program designed to help you build muscle and increase strength at the same time. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to get stronger - and look it! Powerbuilder program is a combination of strength and bodybuilding practices, in one.
It includes full body classic & circuit workouts 3-4 times a week with stretching routines every other day to help you recover faster and solidify your gains. To maximize results, make sure you get adequate sleep, hydration and protein intake.
Note: When exercise says “3-count” or “10-count” it means you count to 3 or to 10 when executing it. This is done to slow you down and keep muscle under tension. It’s an important part of the program so don’t skip this step.
