Primal Strength is a 30-day calisthenics program centered around natural movements and body conditioning designed to mimic the kind of training one would require to survive in the wilderness. It focuses heavily on physical strength but it also includes stretching, tendon work and yoga routines. The workouts are very challenging but realistic and doable.
This program encompasses the meaning of the words: functional strength. By the end of it you will be able to climb, pull yourself up, move with ease and grace, have better balance and iron-hard abs and core. Then you can do it all over again, on loop. If you want to have 100% control of your body this program is for you.
It includes both circuit and classic strength training. When the reps given say “max” it means the exercise requires your own maximum. Maximum reps can be anything from 1 to 30. One rep is a valid rep for this program.
