The Zero Hero program is a no-equipment fitness adventure designed for beginners, anyone recovering from an injury, coming back to fitness after a break or simply taking it easy. See the story through and survive to fight another day!

There are no push-ups in this program, the workouts are geared towards general fitness and include cardio, strength and abs focus days. The combat moves included in this program are punches and low front kicks. It is moderately intense and fun. Take on the adventure and see it through to the end.
