DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
It's Adventure Time! is a home-cardio, bodyweight-based, fast-moving workout that will help you get hot and sweaty and also make you feel good. It's great as an aerobic conditioning workout but it can also be used as an overall conditioning workout aimed at moving the large muscle groups of the lower body. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
