Right Place, Right Workout, is only difficulty Level III. Yet, its use of dynamic, ballistic movements, core-activation exercises and fascial-fitness orientated focus will make it feel a lot harder. That's because you're tasked with moving a lot of mass, fast. That places a high oxygen demand on your lungs that will make them work harder and your heart pump faster.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
